Nearly 50% of the exterior mortar joints, between the two radial brick boiler chimneys at the University, were in a deteriorated condition. Jansons Gibraltar repaired more than 22,000 lineal feet of mortar joints in conjunction with nearly 300 bricks being replaced throughout the structures.
